Where can we buy or replenish the load wallet?

You can see the list of available replenishment options in your online portal.
Click on the sidebar menu "Replenish Wallet" and select your preferred payment option.

What to do if the purchase was successful but no load received?

Please contact our support at https://m.me/dafoxsupport. Send the customer's number, product keyword, and date/time of the transaction.

The load did not went through and customer wants a refund

Inform the customer that the payment made was converted into credits which can be used to retry or perform another transaction. If he/she will insist to have a refund, you can give a refund but make sure that you clear the credits in his/her phone number.

How can I earn on this business?

Guaranteed earnings for this business is around 12-15%. Discounts plus Rebates on every replenish plus topup.

Do I need to have an internet to run this business?

For Ado Machine, yes you need internet. But for stand-alone eloading, no need for internet (our system uses sms).

How to fix "NO LOAD MAINTAINANCE ERROR?"

Set the Connection Setting to Globe Sms Shortcode

  1. Disable Kiosk Mode
    send sms command to machine: DISABLE KIOSK-MODE

  2. After ma exit ang kiosk, tap top-right menu (3 dots)

  3. Select "Connection Setting"

  4. Select SMS (Globe Shortcode)

What to do when the load didn't went through and the customer didn't receive it?

Just let the customer retry for free. The system will automatically reprocess without asking for another payment. This only apply to purchases made 5hrs or less earlier.

Ano po ba ang Trusted number?

Ang Trusted number po ang magiging master number ng machine. Trusted number din po ang magiging wallet ID and syang maging reference if mag pa replenish/reload kayo ng wallet. Trusted Number din po ang gagamitin if e-disable nyo ang Kiosk mode ng machine. Trusted Number din po ang gagamitin if e-access nyo ang online monitoring dashboard nyo https://dafoxtech.com/portal. May mga supported commands din po na pwedi e-send ng trusted number to the machine number to do some automated tasks, please check these Commands.

Now, lets start:

  1. E-exit or disable ang Kiosk mode

    • Double press volume up button (for updated app) or send sms command "DISABLE KIOSK-MODE"
    • If prompted for PIN, e-enter ang PIN "4321" or "1234" or "0000"

  2. E-set ang Trusted Number

    • Open Menu sa top-right ng screen (3-dots)
    • Select or tap "Remote Commands" or "Set Trusted Number"
    • E-enter ang iyong personal number to be used as Trusted Number

  3. E-set ang Connection Setting to SMS (Globe Shortcode)

    • Open Menu sa top-right ng screen (3-dots)
    • Select or tap "Connection Setting"
    • Select SMS (Globe Short code)

  4. E-enable Kiosk Mode for normal operation

    • Open Menu sa top-right ng screen (3-dots)
    • Select or tap "Enable Kiosk-mode"

  5. Mag topup/replenish ng wallet

    • E-access ang online portal https://dafoxtech.com/portal
    • Punta sa replenishment page
    • Piliin ang iyong preferred payment method. We encourage you to use Gcash Instant Cash-in. Mag send lang ng Gcash payment to our available GCash numbers. And sa message field ng Gcash, lagyan lang ng syntax: DEPOSIT TrustedNumber
